Nick is committed to making the insurance process simple and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. Outside of work, he stays busy spending time with the most important women in his life—his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Griffin Hall

Griffin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and a member of the Hartline Insurance sales team in South Florida. He enjoys helping customers find coverage for their auto insurance and other personal insurance needs while making the process straightforward and easy to understand. Griffin brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and customer-first approach to our team. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything South Florida has to offer.

Stephanie Diaz

Stephanie is a longtime South Florida resident who brings local knowledge, insurance experience and a genuine commitment to helping customers. As part of the team, she works with existing customers to review their coverage, answer policy questions and help keep their insurance up to date as their needs change. Stephanie enjoys building relationships with customers throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach and the surrounding South Florida communities. Outside the office, she loves traveling, spending time with her daughter and her dog, and starting her days with an early morning workout.

Dylan Hartline

Dylan is a valued member of the Hartline Insurance sales team and a proud graduate of the University of Florida. He enjoys helping customers find the right options for everything from auto insurance, renters insurance and commercial insurance to RVs, boats, motorcycles and golf carts. Dylan brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic and a commitment to making the insurance process simple and easy to understand. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his dog, Olive—and you can often find him out on the golf course.

Karen Hecker

Karen has been a valued part of the Hartline Insurance team for many years and is often one of the first friendly voices customers hear when they call the agency. She loves taking care of customers, helping connect them with the right member of our insurance team and adding the personal touches that make our agency feel like family—including calling customers to wish them a happy birthday. Outside the office, Karen’s favorite role is being a grandmother, and she loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Jon Armentrout

Jon is Hartline Insurance’s in-house Life Sales agent, helping individuals and families understand their life insurance options and build coverage around the people and future that matter most. He takes a personal approach to life insurance, making the process easy to understand while helping customers look ahead for their family’s financial security. Jon is deeply connected to the local community and values the relationships he’s built with families throughout Highlands County. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter—and as a huge Chicago Cubs fan, you can usually count on him knowing how the season is going.

Christiana Collins

Christiana is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life insurance professional and an important part of the team. She helps customers with their auto, home and other personal insurance needs, from answering policy questions and reviewing coverage to making adjustments as life changes. Her knowledge across multiple areas of insurance allows her to be a valuable resource for customers and their families. Outside the office, Christianna stays very busy as a proud mom of five boys and enjoys spending time with her family.
